We have a great new opening with one of the region's major construction equipment manufacturers with operations in 16 counties.
We are seeking a an experienced Customer Service Agent to join this very busy team.
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support.
Key accountabilities for role:
* Call handling and assigning to team members
* Order processing
* Price, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requests
* Identifying of order details using inhouse identification software
* Accountable for the resolution of all complaints
* Work with internal teams to support customer service
Key skills:
* Strong customer service experience with good initiative
* Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationships
* Confident communication skills
* Experience in working with a CRM system
* Strong IT skills
* Organised and methodical
* The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
