The company you will be working for are a leading online publisher with a local, national and international reach.
As a senior Sales leader, you will be responsible for supporting and executing the company's commercial strategy within your division.
This position focuses on driving new business revenue, account retention and growth as well as the local marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example
  • Responsible for a personal Sales Target as well as the country/cluster targets and that those are achieved at the right levels of pricing/margin.
  • Responsible for country/cluster Corporate sales revenues and Agent/Inside Sales revenue as applicable.
  • Lead from the front and motivate the team by acting as a role model in demonstrating Leadership capabilities and behaviours, and by achieving your personal sales target.
  • Reinforce the company's sales methodology and ethos.


Managing the team:

  • Ensure the country/cluster achieves the set pipeline, sales, revenue and retention targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop your team to maximise individual and team potential and ensure effective succession planning.
  • Ensure all Commercial data is accurate and available in the CRM.
  • Know your numbers and on-going performance against targets.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of performance against targets.


Requirements:

  • Previous Leadership Sales experience
  • Sales experience selling services
  • Experience managing a team
  • Driven, targeted and hands on attitude
  • Reporting into senior leadership
