About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate teacher in training to join our preschool room at BestStart St Lukes. Nestled conveniently across the road from Westfield St Lukes shopping mall, our center offers a vibrant learning environment.

We are committed to providing a nurturing space where both children and educators can grow and flourish together. If you have a passion for teaching young children and are currently enrolled to study in a level 7 ECE programme (ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma), we want to hear from you. 

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Role requirements: 

Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following: 

· Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course 

· Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning 

· Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard 

· A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices 

· Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
