As Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide support to the Labour Relations team in various areas of human resources management, and more specifically in the management of work attendance and accommodation in Quebec and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, analyze data and prepare reports;
  • Responsible for process comformity and conducting audits as required;
  • Liaison with insurers and other stakeholders in disability and work injury matters;
  • In collaboration with Managers and Labor Relations Consultant, propose management strategies for high absenteeism, complex and/or multidisciplinary cases;
  • Work to improve the team's tools;
  • Ensure that indicators and data are up to date for communication and governance purposes;
  • Provide support to the Labor Relations team for analysis and research.

Critical Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and professionalism;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Ability to work and interact with people at different organizational levels, including the union;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good knowledge of absenteeism management (disability or work injury) and labor laws;
  • Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of his/her duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Québec.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with specialization in human resources management or industrial relations;
  • Work experience in labour relations and/or attendance management (asset);
  • Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP, CRHA, CRIA) or ORHRI candidate (asset);
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including excellent command of Excel and Access spreadsheets.

  • Flexible Work Profile: Remote, with weekly visit(s) to main work location according to business needs

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
